Let the law state in" California, that parents should automatically be granted three chances of reunification services at regaining custody for their children.
By all means necessary children should be placed in the home with an immediate relative, before being tainted by foster home to foster home.
Even thought this act my not be pertaining to the nature of your problem' help end the suffering of children who actually want to return home, and parents who feels the same.
To my people all over the world stand up and let's help each other, the time has come for our voices to be heard.
This is the only way anything will ever get done about the situation at hand.
