My daughter, Pranamya is a U.S. born child, who had visited her maternal grand parents in year of 2011, never re united with me in U.S. My wife BHARANI MYANA, WHO LEFT U.S. after losing the custody battle and fearing an arrest in contempt of court fled to INDIA, and using the third world country law, trying to get custody of the child in India. Even though I won the custody, as INDIA is not a part of hague convention, U.S. government can not do anything except doing a welfare visits of my daughter.
I did everything I could in U.S. and I can not go to india and get my child come back, as INDIA is not a part of HAGUE CONVENTION, Please sign my petition and let the President know my petition and help me to get my child back
