Please help me put pressure on the DEA and DOJ to stop drug facilitated sexual assault

Created by S.H. on January 10, 2013

Please help me to put pressure on the DEA and DOJ to enforce current laws in regards to drug facilitated sexual assault and ban GBL. It is not currently regulated and is increasing in use by sexual predators. $10 worth produces 100 doses and is easily obtained online and shipped in from overseas. Also, I think we should charge the cost of processing a rape kit to the offender of the crime. This cost should also cover hair follicle testing as this is the only drug test that can detect GBL being used on a victim. These fines would offset the cost to the state after a trial, and if a guilty verdict is found. Rape kits can also determine if a person has been wrongfully charged with the crime. By determining who commited the crime, the state can recoup any financial loss.
