I am writing to update you on the dire status of the Assyrian Christians in Iraq and Syria, the systematic ethno -religious cleansing of the Assyrians /Christians in the Middle East, has reached a record high in the past year. This Genocide has been in effect for at least 100 years, waxing and waning in intensity, but never actually ceasing. The region is quickly becoming depleted of all of its Christian Citizens. The Assyrians are the indigenous inhabitants of the region. They are now subject to extinction.
