Please help people like my self that are mentaly capable to make ther own decisions but cant do to age

In this country ther are people who are perfectly capable of making ther own decisions, but cant do to ther age. Not everybodys decision making skills are the same. Ther should be a right for people of any age to give themselves the consent to fornicate with any partner they choose only if they pass some sort of evaluation. Iv been judged, and placed in a catagory due to a number. By number i mean my age. Iv come to find out that life experiance determines a persons decision making skills, not ther age. Because of this foolish law ther is a lot of people that have to wait till they are of age. Well whos to say people actually gain the decison making skill needed jus by waiting not everyone goes threw the same situations and i think this needs to be recognized. Please help us we can make it
