Please help re-open the U.S. National Historic Moffat Road and Needles Eye Tunnel over Rollins Pass, Colorado

Require the U.S. Forest Service and Boulder, Gilpin and Grand, Counties, Colorado to enforce the 2002 James Peak Wilderness and Protection Area Bill (a.k.a. Public Law 107-216) passed by Congress and signed into law by President G.W. Bush b) Rollins Pass Road.--If requested by one or more of the Colorado Counties of Grand, Gilpin and Boulder, the Secretary shall provide technical assistance and otherwise cooperate with respect to repairing the Rollins Pass road in those counties sufficiently to allow two-wheel-drive vehicles to travel between Colorado State Highway 119 and U.S. Highway 40…. dated September 2001. Reopening the National Historic Rollins Pass Road will again allow 2-wheel drive, 4-wheel drive and all off-highway vehicles passage between Rollinsville and Winter Park, Colorado.
