We the American people and supporters of president Obama believe the president should have more women and minorities in his cabinet.
1) As the election reflected, we the American people believe that no matter your race, gender or sexual orientation we all are equal and diversity is key.
2) The United States of America is not an homogenous country and president Obama knows this, so we kindly demand diversity in his cabinet.
3) We recognize that President Obama has a strong record on hiring women and supporting diversity, however his new cabinet so far is not representing the real diversity of this country.
We believe president Obama can still do better than 43% on diversity and therefore we kindly ask him to not forget the outcome of the election and how the future looks like.
