Fracking has been attempted in several states in our nation. All evidence clearly shows that it's extremely harmful to our drinking water, wells, air quality and the health of those whom reside in areas where there has been fracking. It is a terrible thing to use a precious resource which is water and dangerous chemicals to chip away at our mountains just to get at the natural gas supply. Once our environment is poisoned, it can take hundreds of years if ever, to be rendered safe again. This willl also have a detrimental effect on the wildlife in these areas. If the animals of our ecosystem cannot have safe and clean drinking water, we will have acres and acres of poisoned lands that are unfit for life. Please don't let this happen to our precious lands; think of future generations.
