Please implement a $1,000 per bullet/$5,000 per firearm tax with the proceeds going to victims of gun violence

In order to control the proliferation of firearms in American society, we wish the Obama Administration to implement an immediate tax of $1,000 per bullet/projectile and $5,000 firearm ($10,000 per handgun), with the proceed of said tax to go to a fund for victims of gun violence, which would include funding programs for firearm education.
