Please improve Chinese students studying in the United States when the benefits, and reduce the costs associated.

In China, there are a lot of talent has a dream that want go to study in the United States,but many of them because of the high cost of reading,had to interrupt the thought of their own. I hope that the United States government can improve education expenses and related government assistance, so that more Chinese talent can go to have the education in the Unite States,to complete their dreams.
