We are the people who do the work that makes the money for all employers nation-wide. Most of us struggle each day, trying to make ends meet. We are forced to ask our government and local charities for assistance so we can pay our mortgages/rent and other necessities.
Some are in so far over their heads with no relief in sight, ending up living on the streets. Unemployment rates are too high, and don't even include people who have given up searching for jobs.
If you increase minimum wage and decrease the full-time working hours by 25%, you will instantly fix the unemployment issue, and have jobs competing for employees, rather than employees competing for jobs. We possess the skills employers need!
We are living like slaves. Please fix the problem!
