The USCIS Texas Service Center is delayed to 5.5 months processing I129F Fiance Visa petitions. Although the USCIS will deny this, the California Service Center is much faster and is processing visas as quickly as 60 days. We feel it is unfair to have so many people that came to stand in line a lot later than most of us to get processed quicker. We miss our fiances and time is of the essence. It should be equal for all. It's only fair.
Please expedite the processing times at the Texas Service Center. They need to speed up the process. It is unreasonably long! We miss our significant others
