Dick Cheney's delusional recount of history concerning US involvement in Iraq is a national security risk. Due to his lack of basic understanding of reality and his position as former Vice President, his continued remarks through national media outlets give other nations reason to believe that he speaks on behalf of our country. His comments go beyond simple mischaracterizations of his own legacy and into the realm of inciting further bloodshed.
Freedom of speech is one thing. But inciting violence is not protected by the First Amendment.
