please make it where people with a medical card who currently smoke maijuana legally legal in all states plus please make a bill that would reform the state to state basis of people on disabilty that pay medicare premiums like myself .what i would like to see happen is a precentage of what i pay in a month go to a fund that when hospitlized or have to go to dr would pick up the extra copays so that wouldnt have all these out of pocket expenses and bring free clinics to all the poor people and if i may mr oboma,please create less bills and foolish spending
