A low reform is in order for marijuana. Legalization of marijuana as a cash crop. Then "WE" as Americans could let 100,000 people currently behind bars on marijuana offense GO !!! "WE" are talking about--marijuana--a weed--NOT a gun.
This alone would save 200 billion dollars a year or more on, man-hours, Court cost, then taking care 100,000 people in prison-for marijuana-plus, the cost to that persons family, and friends, for smoking a joint. Be for real!! SECURITY. Marijuana has been around since the beginning of the time, and its not going nowhere soon "I hope".
Marijuana would be a cash crop, for ALL STATES in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!! Other countries, our neighbors, know this already !
