Please look at the State of Utah and their adoption policies. Which is keeping a US Soldier from raising his daughter

SGT Terry Achane is being refused the right to raise his daughter and is being kept by, basically kidnappers because the laws Utah has about adoption has no regard for fathers rights. The Freis are keeping his daughter and disregarding court orders of visitation. This is not a father who does not want his child but a Soldier fighting to get Her and invoke his Rights as a parent. The adoption was done based on lies, lies that the judge acknowledged by evidence presented. Yet because the Freis believe God has spoken to them they are unwilling to return her to her father. Many wrongs were done leading to this case.The worst is that our own US Soldier fighting for his Rights while serving Our Country. This should not be allowed.
