April 20 (4/20) is a day which is socially dedicated to the use of marijuana. It is also the day of the Columbine High School shootings.
The horrors of Columbine have been a national tragedy and an awful inspiration to others. Many of the issues of Columbine and other shootings stem from bullying and mental health problems.
Please declare April 20, National Bullying Awareness Day. Dilute the day from the marijuana message and place a greater importance to 4/20.
There maybe other bullying awareness days in October, but 4/20, I believe, is the most important day.
