Please Make the Data Caps that Comcast (or any other ISP) Imposes on its Customers Illegal Under Federal Law

Created by B.P. on April 12, 2014

We are respectfully asking the Obama Administration to ban the data caps that the Internet Service Provider (ISP), Comcast, imposes on its customers.

Traditionally, at home, customers have been able to use as much data as they need to work and have fun. Limiting this usage stifles innovation from budding entrepreneurs and makes people who work at home less productive. This practice is also anticompetitive to online video streaming services i.e. Netflix, in favor of Comcast's main TV service. Customers also usually have no choice of what ISP they can use in certain areas so they can't switch to another ISP to avoid data caps.

Please sign this petition if you don't want your internet usage to be limited at home!
