Please make it a felony for any law enforcement person to collaborate or discuss a incident prior to writing reports.

Created by J.H. on January 08, 2015

As a former employee of a State in a law department, we were trained to collaborate stories prior to writing reports. This would give leverage and credibility to substantiate testimony. This is unjust towards a defendant or anyone on the opposite side of this collaborated testimony. Other person's in law in other regions also clarified this unjust practice was taught in training. It is taught in a concealed manor. It is not fair or ethical and needs to change. Please make it a felony crime to collaborate testimony prior to writing incident or police reports or other forms used as evidence. And please consider this in others areas to provide a balance of fair and equitable rights to all person's in a true balance of justice .
