We've all been there before: Your late for work and you stop at your local 7'11 for a cup of coffee and a buttered roll. You know how much it costs and have the money ready but your inevitably made to wait for some guy in front of you who wan'ts 10 different scratch off tickets. To make matters worse, he usually doesn't know which ones he wan'ts and if should win a $1.00, he'll use that to buy another ticket. Its a never ending cycle! There must be some kind of law to expedite this transaction.
