Please make it law that injured workers can videotape independent medical examinations requested by insurance companies.

Created by J.W. on January 31, 2013

Independent medical examiners working for disability insurance companies most often lie in their reports about the workers injury making it impossible for the injured worker to get medical care for their injury. Most often this burden is put on medicare because the workers is not working and has no private insurance. This is medicare fraud to the maximum. Rich insurance companies should be paying for medical that is by law provided to the injured worker. Videotaping would insure that the truth is told in a Industrial Commisssion hearing and Medicare would save a lot of money by forcing the insurance companies to pay for the medical care instead of the government.
