Establish a nationwide law that creates a checks and balances system for child support. All parents paying child support should be able to get proof that all funds are being spent on the child(ren) they are paying for. Set up a quarterly system that requires parents to fill out and show proof with receipts to the family court. To which the family court will keep on file for court cases or paying parents inquiries/concerns.
