The US Congress has extended the US EB-5 Immigrant Investor program to December 9, 2016. As a previous employee at San Francisco Immigration Court, an immigration consultant and a US citizen, I would like to request the US Congress to make EB-5 program permanent and increase the annual EB-5 quota due to its significant contribution to the US economy and labor market.

Therefore, please make US EB-5 program permanent and increase the annual EB-5 quota.
