Please make a work space for the students who are studying in US but not citizens .

I am a foreign student who is studying for a master's degree. I'd like have a chance working in US. However, America's dream didn't come true easily. I found that I can't find a summer intern because most companies want to employ citizens.would you please make more room for the foreign student, especially Chinese student, they pay their tuition to university in US ,they are smart ,they can produce more, but they don't have a chance eventually.
