As a US territory, Puerto Rico can not longer live under the colonial conditions on this 21th Century. It is important for the new generations of our US Citizens in Puerto Rico to be equally part of the Main Land efforts (like Hawaii does) to bring America as the best Country for citizens rights, individual responsabilities, equal and fair opportunities.
As a US Army Veteran I am proud of served our Amazing Citizens, our Great Country and our unmacheable role of Liberty. But in Puerto Rico, the role of the local government under the commonwealth conditions had demonstrate that the US President Kennedy efforts had been not fulfill. We need to be under the Unites States Constitution, we need a change of Status for our US territory Puerto Rico.
