The sad loss of Justice Antonin Scalia leaves a void on the Supreme Court that can only be filled by someone like Judge Andrew Napolitano. Judge Napolitano's passion for justice and the Constitution are unsurpassed. He is an outspoken advocate for Justice and Liberty.
He is a graduate of Princeton University and Notre Dame Law School. He was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar Association in 1975. He taught law for a brief period in 1980–1981 at Delaware Law School. He served on the New Jersey bench from 1987 to 1995, becoming the state's youngest Superior Court judge.
He has all of the qualifications to serve us well on the Supreme Court. His appointment would bolster citizen faith in the justice system.
