June 2016, a neighbor threatened me on body-camera "I'm gonna end up being hostile with him." Wells responds "I won't tell you not to." in disgusting approval. Wells failed to warn me I was threatened and concealed the threat from his written police report. When this Officer came to my house he forces open the locked screen door, knocks, and then abused our household by waiting until my father (retired disable USAF 20 yrs) went to get me and then walked in the house, no permission, with a body camera video running. I am disabled American of Japanese ancestry, and I cannot pay a lawyer. I asked the USDOJ and FBI for help, they refused. Police have thrown up a Blue Wall Of Silence to protect Wells from charges by lying that he was invited inside. I have nowhere else to turn. Please help me.
