NPS has issued an orv driving permit that is required to travel on the beaches of NC. this permit has greatly affected the visitation in the area because visitors are not willing to spend an additional $50-$120 to do what has been promised to the American people for no charge. the beaches were supposed to remain free and open to the public only to be developed for the benefit of the American people. What has been done, is that our right to enjoy the beautiful landscape of the seashore has been stripped away and held for only the wealthy tourists to enjoy. Please stop this unexplainable theft of our peoples land and open the beaches to the public again Mr. Obama.
