Everyday a nonviolent person is falsely accused of crimes &/or are discriminated against in courts across the US. Many lack knowledge of their rights and of legal punishments. Many are poor and have to rely on others for help, but legal funds are limited for the disabled!
Legal aid doesn't cover the criminal defense! Also, courts need to stop their discrimination of the disabled and provide alternatives to jail, it should be implemented in every state!
Judges need to be forced to listen to both sides of cases before making decisions!! If the accused are nonviolent, then they need alternatives to jail. Jail is not safe for petty nonviolent disabled mild criminals! There's too much abuse, rape, & diseases in jails!
This Minority Report-like system needs a reform now before another dies!
