Please pass bills H.R.1983 and H.R. 6134 both bills have been sitting in limbo for a few years. We the people deserve to have these bills passed by Congress. Bill H.R. 1983 and H.R. 6134. are to protect medical marijuana patients if prosecuted, and also allow doctor's recommendation for medicinal marijuana.
