Please consider allowing broadcasting alumnae, Kara VanLandingham, to assist the newly appointed Coach Riley for a portion of one football game for the University of Nebraska football team (2015-2016 season). The Nebraska Cornhusker football program is substantially important for hundreds of thousands of people nationwide. Giving a passionate female Husker fan a chance to assist in coaching, for one portion of one game, would add to the mostly male coaching barrier for the school and bring to life a positive, uplifting and exciting educational moment to set an example for all women who would love to have leadership roles in college football in the future. Females are vastly underrepresented in college football and this may help inspire young women to pursue any profession they would like.
