Gary Lee fellenbaum of Chester county Pennsylvania beat, tortured and killed 3 year old Scotty McMillan. Once Gary is found guilty by a jury I believe he should spend his time in general prison population with no special isolation. There is no legal punishment that is equal for what he did to that young child. There is no reason he should be granted special treatment.
