Recent changes in STEM OPT Extension.
Have been hearing news that there will not be any stem extension from feb 2016. If this is implemented there will a severe impact on the current students who have planned there careers in this direction and are not all prepared for this.
Not only this but it also impacts a lot of students in other countries who are thinking of having their higher education in the US and are looking for an opportunity to build a strong foundation for there careers. This will negatively influence there view of studying in American universities.
This will also impact the current job market in a very negative way. This would apply both for students as well as employees.
So I strongly urge the white house to come up with new rules which would stream line this process
