Please Protect Disabled People With ERISA Ins. My Atty Is Unfairly Charging Me Excessive Fees Of $165,000

Seeking Federal Justice I am African American (AA) disabled & poor with an ERISA ins. policy. My atty led me to believe he was charging me $10,000. He targeted me based on my race, disability & Ins. policy to intercept my benefits at $600 a month for my entire policy (23 yrs. $165,000 for writing 1 appeal). The atty didn't communicate any fees over $10,000. I was misled; the atty stated MD & VA do not have any State regulations over ERISA nor do the Federal government therefore he feels he can charge me excessive fees disproportionate to his work. My atty was suppose to represent my best interest instead he used his legal experience to unfairly charge me and violate my civil & consumer rights. The Atty Bar refused to discipline the atty with overwhelming evidence of atty misconduct.
