Please provide a way for the American homeowners to utilize untapped natural resources to help produce electrical power in their own homes to help reduce pollution across our nation. The costs of oil and gas seem to be rising, and electricity bills seem to reflect this all over the nation. Please reduce the cost of solar, wind, hydro, and other green energy solutions to help the average homeowner afford clean, renewable energy resources and reduce dependency upon the grid. Overproduction of energy could be diverted back to the grid to assist others and lower costs for those who do not have green energy solutions. This would help stabilize and improve our economy while reducing waste. Perhaps an exchange of surplus energy for lower product cost could be arranged?
