Please fully disclose the exact terms of the 'secret interpretation' of Section 215 of the Patriot Act which has been used as the basis for warrantless and unconstitutional wiretapping of countless millions of American citizens.
Please fully disclose the actions taken as a result of this secret interpretation, including but not limited to: domestic surveillance; the mining and analysis of the personal data of American citizens; and the efforts within congress to grant legal immunity to telecommunications and internet companies which it compels to do their bidding.
