Dear Mr. President, it is time to review our policy of giving our money away to foreigners in an attempt to buy their cooperation. Giveaways of our tax money to foreigners have failed forever, in fact for over 100 years we have not gained anything in that manner. My suggestion is to offer low interest, real estate or other tangible valuable collateral secured loans to those foreign governments interested in borrowing our tax money.
