We the People ask the administration reclassify Pluto as an official planet.
In 2006, an unelected body declared that Pluto was not a real planet. By doing so, they, in effect, accused it of fraud. Pluto never received a speedy, fair trial by jury, nor was it offered legal counsel. Therefore, its Constitutional right to due process has been violated, and any act to change its planetary status is unconstitutional.
In addition, the reason Pluto was demoted from planetary status is because of its size. This violates the administration's attempt to fight discrimination. Demoting Pluto is blatant size discrimination, and can not be tolerated. We must promote equality for all sizes and shapes.
So, we ask the administration to set a good example, and classify Pluto an official planet again.
