Please reform our policy to certain countries that allow a parent who has a child in America, not to pay support.

American child, who has a parent that lives in certain countries, gets away with out paying child support. Pakistan is one of many. We send them a lot of money to support them. Before the money is released, all child support payments due to our children in America should be brought up to date, and a payment plan set up. The buck stops here! Thank you!
