I would like to see reform in the welfare system to the point of putting a stop to all non food items such as alcohol and tobacco from being purchased. I have witnessed this first hand at many gas stations. There is a need for fines to these businesses that allow these purchases. There are too many families that really need this assistance and people that abuse the system need to be held accountable. Please put a stop to this now.
