It has been opinioned by Gen. Wesley Clark, and supported by several public figures, that "radicalized Muslims" should be "segregated from the normal community for the duration of the conflict." Since the conflict he's referring to is the "war on terror" it would seem that any "radical Muslin" would be incarcerated permanently.
This action would be an unconstitutional, cowardly and indefensible violation of human rights that would end any imagining of freedom in this country. Real strength lies in our leaderships ability to preserve the rights of citizenry to the pursuit of happiness.
