Created by E.H. on June 08, 2015

Please release Charceil Kellam and give her a second chance...at life.

She was charged with being part of a drug conspiracy that took place over the course of four years (2002-2006), and was held accountable for between 500 grams and 1.5 kilograms. In 2007, Charceil Kellam was sentenced to double life imprisonment for possessing narcotic in connection with a conspiracy drug sting in Virginia.
Charceil Kellam was never involved in this crime nor threatened any violence or injury. Moreover, this mother of two young children and adult son was subject to an effective life sentence under 18 U.S.C. 924( c ), a notorious blunderbuss statue carrying harsh mandatory sentences.
