Irrespective of this 8 yrs timeframe, here is the sufferance these people faced ever since they came to this land of opportunity leaving their homeland in anticipation and hope they will establish their NEW HOME in AMERICA! Exploited by Employers who enforced mindless restrictions when asked for Green Card process initiation, took salary cuts, worked late hrs sacrificing family time, spent $$$$'s on getting their spouse, kids H4 visa's, renewals, EAD, Adv Parole. Their kids were forced to pay INTL Student Fee as the sponsoring parent moved fm H1 to EAD state in GC process where Employers DO NOT pay for H1 and EAD & Parole
