Where is the Dignity and Justice to all. A defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Since when are the U.S. Attorney's not responsible to comply by these guidelines. We as U.S. citizens demand the U.S. Attorney's to follow these guidelines based on the Safeguards of Justice (4,5,6,7,8) Amendments of the U.S. Constitution.
