Please remove “Daylight Savings Time” and let it always be “Standard Time”. Let “Noon” be defined as when the sun is at its zenith in your time zone, even during summer time. However, if businesses, schools or government institutions want to take advantage of extra daylight during the summer, they can be advised to adjust their operating hours as they wish and already have the liberty to do.
