In the iOS system users can download apps from some personal serves but not from the App Store.(without jailbreak)
And someone deletes the AppleID information in the purchased Apps and upload them to their own serves to offer iOS users to download.
You know these downloaded apps may crash. But they provide a tool to prevent crash. In some way, this tool mimicries iTunes' authorization on the computer.
That's really terrible if every Apple user use this way to download paid apps for free!!
