President Obama touts himself and his administration as having "passed a simpler and fairer tax code that closes the loopholes that benefit wealthy Americans in order to help the struggling American families who need assistance most". But in reality it is the opposite. One of the items hurting the American family and the economy is the ACA's SRP penalty or fine for not having health insurance coverage. ACA is the "unAffordable" Care Act. SRP is the fine or penalty assessed or self-assessed on personal tax returns (or "tax" as rationalized by SCJ Roberts). Please repeal the penalizing SRP!!! Moreover refund all the SRP collected from the American people!!!
