Many people has been killed in many attacks by pakistan in india. You can also see that the US declared most wanted hafiz saheed freely doing rallies in pakistan. Pakistani govt is not able to catch him and put him behind the bars . There is some nexus between terrorist and govt. Therir necluer weapons and missile are not safe in pakistan.
