A living person in this country has certain inalienable rights; however, our courts nor government have been able to give a formal definition of when a person is living. We ask that the government respond with their belief of when a human is living and thus has the protection of the constitution and laws of this great country. Any answer that fails to define the time when a person starts receiving rights is not considered an answer. This is important for the executive branch as well since it is charged with enforcing laws. The executive and judicial branch are in great need to know when they are charged with defending the rights of a person and when that person has no rights.
