The reason I am creating this petition is because I believe it is unjust and unethical to bring Russian orphans into political conflict. Prohibiting a country such as the United States to adopt children out of Russia is not the answer by any means, it is only hindering the chance of growth in many children's lives. Please stand with me in this petition and reverse the ban so that many Russian children might have a chance to have a family once again.
